One of the new features of this latest version of the Evolis Badge Studio 2.1.0 card creation and design software is the image clipping tool. Thanks to this feature, you can crop your image to create different formats once you’ve imported your image or logo:

• Rectangle
• Circle
• Rectangle with rounded corners

Creating a circle frame allows you to refocus your graphic design and attract the eye of the viewer. Regardless of the changes you make to the image, its original content is still available if you want to change the shape again later.

Our advice:

To obtain a circle image, make sure you start with a square format. Nothing could be easier. Just follow these steps:

1. Add an image to your card
2. Select the image
3. Choose the “Crop” option in the panel on the right
4. Resize the image to retain the desired section
5. Modify the image clipping using the right panel
6. Adjust the shape
